How Can severe Waist Pain Be Treated?
I live with only my waistline hurting so bad that it wakes me up every morning & I hate to get out of bed. After I m up it s get better after I take 2 Excedrins. I have bad disc in my back & took injection which really helped me but the dr. told me there is nothing he can do for the pain in my waist. Is there anything you suggest ? Some one told me to take Supple drink but after reading the revues I am in doubt.

It might be due to spine related conditions like a prolapsed disc.
As a first line management, you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief.
If symptoms persist better to consult an orthopedician and plan for an MRI scan.
